THE BLOSSOMS AT WEST DIXON ASSISTED LIVING

The Blossoms at West Dixon Assisted Living was originally built in 1949 as a community hospital and is conveniently located to all major interstates and area hospitals. We are a part of the same campus as the Waters of West Dixon Skilled Nursing Facility. Currently licensed for 32 Assisted Living Level 2 beds. The center offers semi-private, as well as private suites. The suites include private bathroom and courtyard patio. Surrounded by tree-lined landscaping, the lush grounds invite residents and their visitors to enjoy the scenery of the outdoors together.
